Daycare Director

Mother Seton School, a pre-K - grade 8 Catholic school located in Emmitsburg, MD and sponsored by the Daughters of Charity, is seeking a before and aftercare director. This position is 30 hours a week Monday - Friday and is salaried and benefits eligible.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in early childhood education, education, child development, or a related field and will have previous experience in a child care center, school, or educational setting. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in a collaborative and professional learning environment, a positive attitude, and an ability to motivate and work with all types of learners.

The Mother Seton School before and aftercare director will supervise and administer all aspects of the before and aftercare program. This will include ensuring all Maryland Child care certifications are obtained, hiring staff, scheduling, daily planning, and supervision of employees and students.
