Dietary Assistant- Full Time

The Daughters of Charity are looking for an individual who enjoys assisting a senior population. The Dietary Assistant performs a variety of tasks such as maintaining food supplies, serving meals and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Other tasks may include:

assisting the cook in preparation of salads or other food

ensuring all dietary areas are well stocked.

performs various sanitary functions such as wiping of counters, tables and washing dishes.

carrying out functions necessary to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.

keeping the dining rooms and kitchens clean and organized

assisting those residents who may need help.

participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and community goals.

able to react positively to change.

May need to work weekends and holidays
