Mission & Ministry Impact (MMI) is a program of Daughters of Charity Ministries, Inc. MMI's primary purpose is to further the mission of the Daughters of Charity Province of St. Louise by providing financial assistance and grantee support to charitable works in an effort to create a lasting impact in the communities it supports.

What we're looking for in a Grants Operations Manager.
The Grants Operations Manager will possess the ability to initiate projects and manage one's time independently with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people and to work effectively in collaborative relationships. The incumbent must have technical skills for grants management databases and analytical skills to evaluate grant proposals. Excellent written, presentation and oral skills are a necessity. Must be willing and able to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Education and Experience Requirements.
The position requires a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Political Science, Non-Profit Management, or related field or three to five years' experience in a nonprofit grant making environment is preferred.
