School Nurse - Mother Seton School

Mother Seton School, a pre-K - grade 8 Catholic school located in Emmitsburg, MD and sponsored by the Daughters of Charity, is seeking a school nurse. This position is a full-time, Monday - Friday salaried position and is benefits eligible. The position will begin on August 19, 2024.

Position Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include providing first aid care, distributing prescribed medication, communicating with parents regarding student illness and injury, keeping updated and accurate student health files, and executing various other health and wellness protocols.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or other applicable health field
• Three years experience in the healthcare field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as a member of a Catholic school community
